The organizations that hold a community together run on a volunteer's laptop, a shared email password and a Wi‑Fi router in the closet — and they hold member, donor and payment information. We review email and phishing exposure, accounts and who has access to what, backups and ransomware readiness, the network, and the data you hold, and leave a written plan a volunteer can follow. Free for Indiana nonprofits and houses of worship as our schedule allows.
About the reviewHoosiers 65 and older, veterans, and Indiana nonprofits and houses of worship receive our help at no charge, as our schedule allows: a household security checkup, help responding to a scam that has already happened, and workshops for your senior center, library, congregation or club. If you do not fit those groups but cost is a barrier, write to us anyway.
About free helpPaid work is quoted in writing before it begins — a flat fee for a checkup or review, and for installations an itemized quote of equipment at cost plus labor by the job, with the reasoning attached. There are no contracts, no monitoring subscriptions payable to us, and no “free equipment” whose cost hides in a monthly fee. If a cheaper approach will genuinely serve you as well, the plan will say so.
Because we have no sales team, the person you talk to is the person who does the work.
