Your account is past due. A crew is on the way to disconnect service. Pay within the hour by gift card, payment app, wire, crypto, or the link we text you.
What to do
- Hang up. Caller ID can be faked.
- Find a recent bill or open the utility’s saved app.
- Call the number printed on the bill and ask for the real account balance.
- Do not buy gift cards or send crypto to stop a shutoff.
A surprise caller who refuses to let you check is giving you the answer: stop the call.
