Free family tool
Give a parent one simple rule for surprise calls.
Build a family safety phrase, a trusted-person help button, printable cards, and a phone lock screen. Nothing you type is sent to Protect Indiana or saved after you leave the page.
1
Choose the person they should call
Use someone who will usually answer and can calmly check the story.
2
Choose a private family phrase
Use it only to prove a surprise caller is really family. Do not use an account password, birthday, pet name, or something posted online.
The safety phrase and phone number stay only in this page.
Practice once
A plan works better when everyone has used it.
After you build the plan, make one pretend emergency call. The parent hangs up, uses the saved family number, and asks for the phrase. That short practice is more useful than another long lecture.
